Artwork Requirements
Artwork accepted on the following media: Zip
100, Floppy disk, CD, DVD.
If practical, it may be possible
to send artwork via email. Contact Ashby
to find out more.
Required artwork format: Adobe Illustrator,
(all text saved as outlines) or Photoshop,
PDF, 300dpi TIFF or other bitmap (Thermal
printing is native to the PC, so PC compatible
media and files must be supplied).
Prepare images with a maximum
width of 2.75 inches (70 mm) and height
of 1.93 inches (49 mm). A template in .pdf
format is available
here.
If a text only label is desired,
simply supply the desired text in Microsoft
Word (.doc), .rtf, or .txt format and Ashby
will lay out the text to fit the diskette
label.
General Notes on
Floppy Duplication
Preferred master media is standard 3.5" floppy
disk, in the same format as the finished
product. Other source media will require
conversion/mastering charges. It is
possible to send masters as email attachments
- contact us for details.
Ashby utilizes second and third drive, alignment-biased verification,
as well as media and disk analysis using
analog and digital disk certification systems
to assure the highest quality diskette reproductions.
Packaging requires 2-3 additional
working days beyond duplication turn time.
Receipt of all master materials and PO before
12:00 noon will count as day zero.
